EBURD

The East Billing Urban Renewal District (EBURD) is our Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district covering most of the area between Metra Park and N 22nd St. Zack Terakides is the director of the Billings Industrial Revitalization District (BIRD), a non-profit contracted with the city to manage the EBURD. He's going to tell us more about TIFs, the vision for East Billings, and about the exciting opportunities in that area of town that the EBURD is supporting.
